Submitting links

Send one link or a batch and keep contributions associated with your account.

Before submitting

Use links you are entitled to share. The page accepts supported Yoto playlist/card links, Yoto store product links and supported archived product URLs. Keep original URL parameters intact in your private submission; they can be needed to resolve the source. See scanning cards for collecting links from cards.

  1. Open Submit a Link.
  2. Sign in to associate the submission directly with your account, or provide a valid email address as a guest.
  3. Paste the URLs into the links field, following its formatting instructions. You can submit multiple links.
  4. Add useful context in notes if needed, then submit once.
  5. Read the result for each link. Keep the receipt/error information if something needs investigation.

Your signed-in identity supplies the email/account association. Guest submissions require an email address; they do not sign you in or grant access to that email's existing account. Notes and submitter contact information are private operational records rather than public Catalog descriptions.

Results and credit

A successful import can update catalog information or record a contribution. Existing or duplicate content may earn no new points. Do not repeatedly submit a link to try to increase credit. Signed-in contributions can appear in My TOYO Library once a resolvable catalog card is associated with the receipt.

Check for a complete URL, accidental punctuation or a page that no longer exists. Some playlists need the authorized account to access them; use the normal connection/reconnection flow rather than posting credentials. A submitted link does not promise an immediate archive. Every eventual download requires Archive Access.
