Purchase Archive Access

  1. Sign in to the account you want to use.
  2. Open your Points Store and check your available points.
  3. Choose Archive Access and review the 100-point purchase.
  4. Confirm the purchase. The site records the permission on your account.

The purchase is a one-time 100-point product. Existing grants and qualifying purchases are reflected by the account system; contact the team if an expected grant is missing. Do not make another account to work around an identity-linking problem.

Every download needs access

Archive Access is required for every archive download. This includes public MYO entries and cards you submitted yourself. Browsing the Catalog, submitting a link or appearing in My TOYO Library does not grant this permission. An access grant also does not guarantee that every item has an archive ready.

An Archivist has Archive Access. A Basic account is registered without that access. Moderator and Admin roles describe additional responsibilities; use the account's actual access status when troubleshooting downloads. Linked Discord identities support the Archivist role sync. A Discord role alone is not a substitute for the website's access checks.

Replacing the old application process

The old Gmail-only form, five-card or ten-card contribution thresholds, and fortnightly manual application batches are historical instructions. Use the current account and Points Store flow above. Keep your account email current and review accounts before linking an older contribution identity.

Access problems

Check that you are signed into the intended account and that the permission appears in your profile/store. Read any error shown by the download panel. If it still fails, contact the team with the CardID and error text, without sending passwords, login codes or protected playlist links in a public channel.
